At Unseen Wraps every vinyl wrap project follows a meticulous process to ensure flawless results that last. Whether it’s a full color change, custom design, or partial wrap, we take the time to protect your vehicle and deliver a perfect finish.
STEP 1 – VEHICLE INSPECTION & PREP
We start with a thorough inspection of your vehicle’s paint condition. Then, we deep clean and decontaminate the surface to remove dirt, wax, and debris. A smooth, contaminant-free surface ensures your wrap bonds correctly and looks seamless.
STEP 2 – DISASSEMBLY FOR PRECISION
To achieve clean edges and full coverage, we carefully remove trim pieces, door handles, badges, and other components. This allows us to tuck the vinyl into edges and corners — no visible seams or exposed paint.
STEP 3 – VINYL INSTALLATION
Using premium films from 3M, Avery Dennison, and KPMF, our certified installers apply the wrap panel by panel. We stretch, align, and smooth the material to avoid bubbles, wrinkles, or imperfections. Every contour is wrapped for a factory-like finish.
STEP 4 – POST-INSTALL INSPECTION & QUALITY CHECK
Once the wrap is applied, we conduct a detailed inspection to ensure perfect alignment, edge sealing, and uniform finish. We heat-treat (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heat_treating) edges for better adhesion and durability. You’ll leave with a finish that looks like paint — without the commitment.
